3 pair of wrist-warmers later…

Tee hee – I’m as giddy as a school girl – I finished the 3 pair of wrist-warmers from my Winter WIM list! :yay:

The girls’ worked up in no time flat! I used this pattern, and it went so fast!
They can be made for adults, too, but I opted for a different pattern for mine…
I used the Wristables pattern at Crochet Me. I used sportweight Wool-ease and a G hook. It took a little longer than the first 2 pair, but I like ’em! I may make another pair, because, well…
Ok, I tend to shy away from things I have to make 2 exact copies of because I always, always, end up making the other one too big or too small. Never fails!!!

Now, since I’ve made my gloves, the weather hasn’t been cold enough for me to test them out. 🙁 I’m also making another ghan. It’s the free 5 1/2 hour blanket pattern. I’m using 2 strands of wool-ease, and one strand of simply soft. It’s an interesting color mix, but sooooo soft. I’m not sure what I’ll do with it yet.

I also found a great pattern to make a tote out of. The original pattern uses regular acrylic yarn, but I’m going to use wool, so I can felt it.

Im currently working on a bible cover out of 10′ string, and its SOOOOO slow, each row only adds such little progress, i find myself itching to work on something else…lol
